Find Adult Autism Care Near You
Our team of therapists and psychologists has extensive experience working with autistic adults.

Hello! I’m Lydia Vazquez, LCSW-R. I’m a native New Yorker, complete with the accent, and I’ve been a social worker for 20 years.
One thing I hope never changes about me as a clinician is my curiosity. Even after two decades in the field, I never want to become the therapist who thinks, “I’ve seen this before.” Because I haven’t seen you before.
I love working with neurodivergent adults who may be navigating autism, ADHD, executive functioning, masking, burnout, emotional regulation, communication, relationships, boundaries, or simply trying to figure out why certain parts of life seem to require so much more energy than everyone says they should.
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical, with plenty of room for humor, reflection, and deeper exploration. I’m interested in what is underneath the behavior, not just the behavior itself.
When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I’m usually spending time with my favorite kid, who happens to be AuDHD, mastering the art of making a great cup of coffee, and thinking about what I might cook next. Recipe recommendations are enthusiastically accepted.
Both professionally and personally, advocacy has become an important part of who I am. I believe people deserve environments that understand them, not just expectations they are constantly asked to squeeze themselves into.

Hello and welcome! I’m Kimberly Harker, and I’m genuinely glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Maine, a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor in Colorado, Maine, and Arizona, and I live in Arizona. My background includes working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use and recovery, relationship and family challenges, major life transitions, and the sometimes complicated process of figuring out who you are and what actually works for you.
What drives me as a therapist is the belief that people deserve a space where they can show up as themselves without feeling judged, analyzed, or expected to have everything figured out. I don’t believe therapy should feel like you’re being handed a textbook version of how you’re supposed to think, feel, or live. I want to understand how YOUR mind works, what you’ve experienced, what matters to you, and where you want your life to go.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with humor when it fits. I’ll start by understanding where things stand for you right now and help you figure out what you want to be different. Together, we’ll recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and challenge things that may no longer be serving you. You don’t have to mask, perform, or say the “right” thing with me. My goal is for you to feel understood and supported while we build practical strategies that actually make sense for your life.
