Hello there! My name is Shomari M. Harris. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in NYC and licensed to work in both NY and Maryland. As an LCSW with more than a decade of experience, I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While I welcome people from all walks of life, much of my work has centered on communities and experiences that resonate with my own lived experience and personal identity. This includes Black men, helping professionals, creatives, LGBTQ+ and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sexual trauma. I understand that many of these experiences are often carried in silence, shaped by expectations, stigma, isolation or the feeling that there is little room to be fully seen and understood.

Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Stephanie Babbitt, a licensed clinical psychologist in Arizona. I have worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and life experiences, with much of my career focused on psychological assessment and helping people better understand themselves. I believe a thoughtful assessment can provide more than a diagnosis. It can offer clarity, validation, and a framework for understanding your experiences, strengths, and needs. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, collaborative, and genuinely helpful.

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Savannah, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Florida and Wisconsin. Passionate about fostering authentic growth and self-understanding, I focus on creating a warm, empowering, and unmasking-friendly space where you can show up fully as yourself. As a clinician, my drive comes from honoring lived experiences, recognizing inherent strengths, and partnering with clients to navigate life’s complexities on their own terms. Whether we are exploring values, building practical self-accommodation tools, or working through life transitions, I am committed to providing care that is deeply personalized, compassionate, and aligned with what matters most to you.

Hello! I’m Lydia Vazquez, LCSW-R. I’m a native New Yorker, complete with the accent, and I’ve been a social worker for 20 years.

One thing I hope never changes about me as a clinician is my curiosity. Even after two decades in the field, I never want to become the therapist who thinks, “I’ve seen this before.” Because I haven’t seen you before.

I love working with neurodivergent adults who may be navigating autism, ADHD, executive functioning, masking, burnout, emotional regulation, communication, relationships, boundaries, or simply trying to figure out why certain parts of life seem to require so much more energy than everyone says they should.

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical, with plenty of room for humor, reflection, and deeper exploration. I’m interested in what is underneath the behavior, not just the behavior itself.

When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I’m usually spending time with my favorite kid, who happens to be AuDHD, mastering the art of making a great cup of coffee, and thinking about what I might cook next. Recipe recommendations are enthusiastically accepted.

Both professionally and personally, advocacy has become an important part of who I am. I believe people deserve environments that understand them, not just expectations they are constantly asked to squeeze themselves into.

Hello and welcome! I’m Kimberly Harker, and I’m genuinely glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Maine, a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor in Colorado, Maine, and Arizona, and I live in Arizona. My background includes working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use and recovery, relationship and family challenges, major life transitions, and the sometimes complicated process of figuring out who you are and what actually works for you.

What drives me as a therapist is the belief that people deserve a space where they can show up as themselves without feeling judged, analyzed, or expected to have everything figured out. I don’t believe therapy should feel like you’re being handed a textbook version of how you’re supposed to think, feel, or live. I want to understand how YOUR mind works, what you’ve experienced, what matters to you, and where you want your life to go.

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with humor when it fits. I’ll start by understanding where things stand for you right now and help you figure out what you want to be different. Together, we’ll recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and challenge things that may no longer be serving you. You don’t have to mask, perform, or say the “right” thing with me. My goal is for you to feel understood and supported while we build practical strategies that actually make sense for your life.
