About
It takes courage to seek help, and just by researching providers you are already taking an important and admirable step. My name is Gideon, and I am currently practicing out of Eugene Oregon. I am deeply passionate about helping people to build insight, develop new skills, and learn to love and accept themselves as they truly are.
I understand that it is all too common for neurodivergent individuals to feel misunderstood or condescended to - it is my goal to instead create a therapeutic space that is empowering and tailored to your strengths and needs, rather than trying to reshape you into a more conventionally acceptable form. I find deep inspiration in helping neurodivergent people discover and better appreciate the skills and qualities that make them unique.
Every person possesses strengths and passions that are a wellspring of therapeutic potential. I strive to help my clients recognize these skills and passions and utilize them to shape their life in a way that matches their values and priorities, both practical and existential. I believe that learning to view life through the lens of potential rather than fear or self-doubt is a transformative and empowering experience.
