Welcome. I'm glad you're here.Seeking support is an important step, and therapy can provide a space to explore what's most important to you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I'm here to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is rooted in Motivational Interviewing, a collaborative and compassionate style of therapy that honors you as the expert on your own life. Together, we'll explore your strengths, values, and goals while working through the barriers that may be holding you back. Rather than directing your path, I'll support you in discovering your own motivation and confidence to create the changes you want.I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Wherever you are in your journey, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

My name is Dr. Kaitlyn Schuler, and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist living in Tampa, Florida. I completed my doctoral training in clinical psychology with a focus on assessing and treating suicidality and co-occurring conditions using evidence based approaches. My approach is grounded in what psychologists call collaborative empiricism — which is a formal way of saying we figure things out together. You bring your lived experience; I bring assessment tools and knowledge of what the research says; and we examine the evidence together. I’m glad you’re here and look forward to meeting you!

As a licensed psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience, I strive to create a comfortable and collaborative process where each person feels heard, respected, and understood. Throughout my career, I have worked in both school and clinical settings, giving me a broad understanding of how developmental, emotional, and behavioral differences can present across a variety of environments.
I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, helping them navigate the unique challenges and transitions that accompany different stages of life. My experience includes supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they seek greater understanding of themselves and their strengths. I am dedicated to providing clear, compassionate, and evidence-based care to help inform the next steps.

Welcome! If you've found your way here, you may be looking for answers about yourself—or wondering whether autism might explain experiences you've had throughout your life. My name is Jessica Anderton, and I am a licensed psychologist in Virginia and Florida as well as through PSYPACT, which allows me to practice in multiple states. I have more than 25 years of experience providing psychological assessment and evaluation, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.

As a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and genuinely understood. My passion is helping individuals navigate life's most difficult moments with compassion, evidence-based care, and a deep respect for each person's unique story. Whether someone is working through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.
I live in Southwest Louisiana and am licensed to provide counseling services in both Louisiana, Georgia, Minnesota, Ohio, and Arizona. Over the past 16 years, I have built a diverse background in counseling psychology, social work, case management, and criminal justice, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the many factors that influence emotional well-being. My experience includes outpatient therapy, forensic psychological evaluations, crisis intervention, and telehealth services, allowing me to work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
As a trauma-informed clinician trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I am committed to helping clients move beyond surviving toward truly thriving. My goal is to meet every client with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and practical tools that foster resilience, healing, and lasting change. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they rediscover their strengths and build the life they envision for themselves.
