About

Hello! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Wisconsin. I am passionate about helping people gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves through thoughtful, evidence‑based assessment. I have spent my career working in primary care, hospital systems, and integrated behavioral health settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and health‑related concerns. What drives me most is creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and genuinely seen for who you are. I take a neurodiversity‑affirming and culturally responsive approach and strive to value the many ways people think, feel, and move through the world.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic and neurodivergent adults comes from a deep respect for the many ways people think, feel, and process the world. Throughout my work in integrated medical and behavioral health settings, I’ve seen how often neurodivergent individuals are misunderstood or asked to fit into systems that weren’t designed with them in mind. I’m committed to offering an assessment experience that feels validating rather than pathologizing. I believe that the assessment experience should be one that helps you make sense of your strengths, challenges, and patterns in a way that truly reflects who you are. My goal is to provide clarity, compassion, and practical guidance so you can move forward feeling understood, supported, and empowered to thrive in the environments that matter most to you.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I emphasize an affirming, strengths‑based approach by centering the abilities, insights, and lived experiences you already carry. My background in integrated primary care and hospital‑based behavioral health has taught me how essential it is to recognize the full context of a person’s life and not just the challenges they’re navigating. In my work with autistic adults, I focus on understanding how you think, communicate, and solve problems, and I highlight the patterns that support your resilience and growth. I listen closely and with humility, ensuring that clients from minority and marginalized communities feel seen and respected throughout the process. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, understand your needs, and walk away with clarity that feels empowering and true to who you are.
