Hello and welcome. I’m Dr. Tara Meskowsky, a licensed clinical psychologist in California, and I’m so glad you’re here. I have been working with neurodivergent individuals since 2001, and supporting this community has been one of the most meaningful parts of my career. I bring a warm, thoughtful, and compassionate approach to my work, and I believe deeply in creating a space where people feel comfortable, respected, and truly understood. For many individuals, seeking an autism evaluation comes after years of feeling different, misunderstood, or out of step with those around them. It often follows a long history of wondering why everyday interactions felt harder than they seemed for others, why they felt they had to mask so much of who they were, or why they never quite felt fully understood or at ease in the world. I feel honored to help provide clarity, validation, and a deeper understanding of each person’s unique strengths and experiences.
