Hello and welcome! My name is Dr. Jesse Glassman and I currently living and practicing in New Jersey. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a clinician, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to partner with you, helping you find resilience and uncover strengths as we work together through life’s challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to offering care that is as individual as you are.

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and individualized. I don't believe therapy should be about forcing someone into a particular mold or masking who they are. Instead, I focus on helping clients understand themselves, build emotional regulation and coping skills, navigate relationships and communication, and develop strategies that actually work for their unique needs.
I bring experience with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life transitions, drawing from approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
Whether you're a young adult adjusting to the adult world or navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, or everyday demands, my goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment. Therapy with me is a space where curiosity, humor, honesty, and individuality are welcome.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start exactly where you are and work together from there.
