Hey! I'm Heather and I'm so happy to get to be a part of your journey. I am excited to get to know you and walk alongside you as you identify and reach your goals.

Peace and greetings! My name is Dr. Meghan, and I currently live in New Orleans, LA. I'm licensed in North Carolina and Louisiana. Therapy is a safe space dedicated to YOUR healing. Everyone deserves a therapist who gets them! First, I want to understand you—your past lived experiences, how you view yourself, and any other relevant details for your healing journey. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journey towards greater self-awareness and emotional peace. My goal is to work with you to help you discover your truth, embrace your resilience, and encourage you to evolve into your greatest self.

Hi y'all!!!!!! I am Janique Sneed and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges while feeling supported, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than yourself. My approach is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I naturally bring kindness, humor, and a little silliness into sessions because I believe healing and personal growth happen best in spaces that feel safe, genuine, and human. I’m someone who truly loves life, values meaningful connection, and enjoys helping people rediscover their strengths and confidence.I work with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and feeling stuck or misunderstood. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, healthier coping strategies, and ways to create more balance and fulfillment in your life.I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I take a collaborative and personalized approach to care. I want to get to know you as a whole person with your experiences, goals, values, strengths, and what matters most to you.Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult season or simply wanting to better understand yourself and grow emotionally, I strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, accepted, and encouraged every step of the way.

Hi there. My name is Jim Gibb and I live in Peoria Illinois, but I am also licensed in Oregon. It was Irvin Yalom who said something to the effect that "psychotherapy is like a dress rehearsal for life". With this said, it is my intention to not only offer you support in therapy but to also help you generalize the skills you learn in therapy and apply them in your outside life and relationships. I enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, highly intelligent adults and teens who have a difficult time adjusting and adapting socially. I have a degree in mental health counseling and in philosophy. I enjoy offering philosophical interventions and insights when applicable.
