I’m a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Clinician passionate about creating a space where neurodivergent individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered. Licensed in Texas and Massachusetts, and providing therapy in both English and Spanish, I bring over ten years of experience in the mental health field, working with adults from diverse backgrounds. My work is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that every person deserves support that honors who they are rather than trying to change them.

I am licensed in TX, FL, and TN. Raising children and dealing with teenagers about to become adults is hard work, as is marriage and divorce. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, life issues and challenges. Every client is different, and so is their counseling experience. In the first session with me, I will introduce myself and ask you what circumstances have brought you to counseling. I genuinely want to know how you are doing, what you are feeling, and what you have been experiencing.

I am looking forward to getting to know you, and helping address your clinical questions.

Hi, I'm Dr. Teague Cowley — a licensed clinical psychologist based in Park City, Utah, and the founder of Steady Path Psychological Services. My work is rooted in a simple but deeply held belief: that the greatest victories in life often happen within. Seeking support takes courage, and I'm here to walk alongside you on that journey. My path to psychology has been anything but linear, and I think that's what makes me the kind of clinician I am today. Before entering the therapy room, I spent six years working with burn survivors, competed internationally as an adaptive alpine ski racer, advocated for people with disabilities through the National Ability Center, and even co-founded a post-production company in Santa Monica. Each chapter taught me something about resilience, human connection, and what it means to rebuild after life throws something unexpected your way.Professionally, I earned my Doctor of Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California — an APA-accredited program where I completed specialized training in Police and Public Safety Psychology. I went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute, with intensive experience across inpatient psychiatry, residential care, and psychological evaluation. My work spans trauma recovery, psychological assessment, and integrative therapy approaches including CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care.I work with individuals and couples — preteens through adults — navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, and more. I'm licensed in Utah and currently offer virtual sessions across more than 40 states.
