I am especially passionate about working with individuals of diverse backgrounds who struggle with life transitions, anxiety, depression, communication issues, burnout, and chronic illness. With experience in the behavioral health field since 2006, I am committed to creating a warm, culturally sensitive, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I have worn many hats as a psychologist, but regardless of what I am doing I have a deep rooted belief in empowering clients through collaboration. My clinical experience ranges from individual and group therapy as well as psychological assessments with a range of ages, diversity and backgrounds.

I am Caitlin Rose Frayer, or you can call me "Cat".  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Pennsylvania.  I am a jack of all trades with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I've provided services for inpatient crisis facilities, residential treatment centers, community-based programs, inner-city public schools, and outpatient family centers.  I've worked in city neighborhoods, suburban communities, and rural towns throughout Western PA, and am an ally to the LGBTQ community.  I've helped children of all ages and from many different places through their life transitions.  Being a counselor is a life-calling and I am in this role wherever I find myself.  I am so glad we found each other, and I hope we can partner together on your journey towards wellness.
