Hi there! My name is Anastasia Polar and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I’m passionate about supporting adults as they work toward greater well-being and a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My hope is to walk alongside you as we build on your strengths, strengthen resilience, and work through life’s challenges together. I know that each person’s journey is unique, and I strive to offer care that feels personal, genuine, and tailored to your needs.

I am so glad you are here! My name is Kelly Scherger. I currently live in North Carolina, and am licensed in North Carolina and am able to see clients in participating PsyPact states. I am passionate about helping individuals live their best lives. I believe in collaboratively establishing goals and working together to help individuals live in a way that is consistent with their personal values. As a clinician, it is important to me to create a safe and welcoming space for all. I look forward to working with you!

My name is Andres Duarte, though I prefer to go by Andy. I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Texas with a background in neuropsychological and psychological assessment across a variety of clinical settings. I have always been passionate about helping people better understand themselves, and over time, I developed a particular interest in working with adults exploring autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences.
Outside of work, I am a huge animal lover and have three dogs who keep life fun, busy, and full of personality. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I think they have taught me a great deal about patience, connection, and the importance of creating safe and comforting environments for others. Those values naturally carry over into how I approach my work as a clinician.
As a provider, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where people feel comfortable being themselves. I understand that many adults seeking an autism evaluation may have spent years feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or unsure why certain experiences have always felt different for them. Because of that, I believe the assessment process should feel collaborative, validating, and compassionate rather than cold or intimidating.
