Hello and welcome! It is good to see you! My name is Stephen Lewis. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I am compassionate in collaborating with individuals on the road to change and healing with their mental wellness and various life goals, including career, family, friendship, growth, and development. Each person’s life journey is extraordinary. Accordingly, my goal is to build a warm and trusting professional therapeutic relationship with you that provides you the ability to feel free to utilize your strengths and grow in resilience, self-esteem, and confidence to work through any past, present, or future life struggles.

Hello and welcome! My name is Althia Gamble McLaughlin. I am originally from New Jersey but now live in North Carolina. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). Prior to my work as a therapist, I worked in New York City as a writer and journalist. I enjoyed telling stories. But it was not by coincidence that my first name “ALTHIA”means “healer” and that I was drawn to a new profession that involved healing. I changed careers to become a psychotherapist because I recognized that I wanted to use my gift of empathy to not only hear stories, but to also help others during their healing journeys, partnering with them while they rewrite the stories of their lives. I have specialized training in trauma and have worked with a wide range of populations over the years, including autistic/neurodivergent clients.
