Hello and a warm welcome to you. I am delighted to connect with you. My name is Jorge Partida. I live in the beautiful city of Long Beach, California and feel blessed to be able to walk to the ocean every day accompanied by Thor and Teotl, my two dogs. My first years of life I happily spent by my grandmother's side. She was a Mexican healer and celebrated every person for their unique gifts and talents when many saw outcasts and abnormality. I knew then, I wanted to be like her and psychology became my chosen discipline to help others on their journey towards healing and self-actualization. I believe we all have a unique gift and talent, and it is important to nurture and polish that gift for the benefit of all. As a clinician, I have worked internationally in Liberia, Colombia, Peru, Mexico as well as nationally in Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate and caring client centered environment knowing that we all have a deep wisdom that can resolve any pain and conflict. My goal is to partner with you to help you uncover your inner strengths and gifts so that you can apply them to resolve lives' challenges. I am committed to help you discover your unique gifts and offer you the care necessary to transform pain and suffering into growth opportunities uniquely tailored to your needs.

What sets me apart?
Simply because, I love what I do. Being a therapist is much more than a career choice for me. It reflects a core part of who I am and my genuine desire to understand people on a deeper level, without judgment. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking. Through those experiences, I developed a deep appreciation and respect for the strengths, insights, and perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring.
