Hello there and welcome to my page! Even though I currently reside and practice in Connecticut, my professional journey began in Florida, where I obtained my mental health license in 2013. Since then, I have worked tirelessly to help individuals who struggled with issues such as life transitions, career counseling, relationship counseling, anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues, as well as individual attachment issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, and I applaud you for taking the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you in this process.

I'm Christine Harris, a late-diagnosed AuDHD (autistic & ADHD) therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults who are tired of masking, feeling misunderstood, burned out from struggling to meet unrealistic standards, or navigating the complex emotions that come with discovering your neurodivergent identity. My work is rooted in creating a space where you don't have to translate yourself to be taken seriously—where your differences aren't deficits, and your authentic self is not only welcome, but celebrated.
