I have over 10 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, and for the past five years I have provided mental health therapy to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person is unique, and I strive to meet you where you are while tailoring therapy to your individual needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
