Our team of therapists and psychologists has extensive experience working with autistic adults.

Hello and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. My name is Jeff Wheeler, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Midlothian, Texas. I was diagnosed with autism two years ago at the age of 37, after years of struggling without knowing why, and that experience deeply shaped my path into mental health. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in aviation as a pilot, which taught me calm, clarity, and communication—qualities I bring into every session. I strive to create a steady, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate your own journey.

With over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy and testing services to individuals of all ages from a wide range of backgrounds, I have extensive experience with a variety of psychological problems including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, bipolar, phase of life problems, trauma and PTSD. I also provide time-limited, solution-focused therapy in the form of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) which is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I want to help foster clarity and help you to better enjoy your life regardless of your circumstances.

Hello, I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Southern California. I strive to create a thoughtful and supportive space where individuals feel seen, understood and empowered. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through meaningful and often complex moments. I believe healing begins when people feel truly heard and met with compassion.

Hi there, my name is Dr. Timberlake and I’m a clinical psychologist licensed in California. I specialize in autism assessment for adults, and I approach this process with a focus on clarity and an understanding of neurodiversity. My work is guided by respect for each person’s experience and strengths, and an appreciation for how individuals manage challenges. The assessment process is collaborative, with the goal of producing information that is helpful and validating and that supports self-acceptance and informed next steps.

As a therapist, I bring authenticity, humor, and heart to every session. We’ll talk about the hard stuff, absolutely, but we’ll also celebrate your wins, untangle the chaos, and probably share a few laughs along the way. My approach is real, human, and refreshingly down-to-earth. If you’re looking for a therapist who embraces authenticity (yes, tattoos and colorful hair included!) and offers a space free of judgment, you’ve come to the right place. My goal is to help you feel comfortable being your full, unfiltered self while we work together to create meaningful change and growth.
