Hi and welcome! My name is Brandy Vail and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, trauma and major life transitions. I am currently licensed in Montana, Idaho and Colorado. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices that recognize the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or set of symptoms.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults in individual, family, and group settings, with a particular focus on trauma and complex trauma, co-occurring mental health concerns, crisis intervention, and recovery. I believe meaningful change begins with a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate actively in their own healing.

Hello, my name is Marcel Flores, and I'm licensed in Florida and Oregon. I'm a pretty good listener and have experienced many challenges in life myself, which helps me have compassion when I see others having a hard time. I also like to laugh, which helps make our sessions a little more light hearted. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood.

Maybe you've spent years feeling like you have to work harder than everyone else just to keep up—masking, managing overwhelm, navigating relationships, or trying to understand why things that seem easy for others can feel exhausting for you. I provide an authentic, direct, and neurodiversity-affirming space where autistic and neurodivergent adults can explore who they are without judgment while developing practical tools to manage emotions, relationships, anxiety, burnout, and everyday challenges.
My approach combines CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems to balance acceptance with meaningful change. Together, we'll work to understand the parts of yourself you've had to hide or push away while building skills and strategies that fit your actual needs—not someone else's expectations of how you "should" function. I believe therapy should be collaborative, clear, and honest, so you'll never have to guess what we're working toward or pretend to be someone you're not.
