I completed my PhD at Loyola University Chicago with a subspecialty in Child/Adolescent and Family and my fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, University Center for Excellence in Developmental and Related Disabilities (UCEDD), Project Heal/Trauma Area. Hi everyone!  I'm Heidi, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida.  I've spent years living with and working with neurodivergent individuals in various roles and have seen firsthand the frustration that comes from not being understood.  I am trained in foster, adoption, and trauma counseling.  My experience has taught me to really listen to and respect my clients' autonomy and individuality.
