Intro
Hello! I'm Sam Bromfield and I'm a licensed clinical social worker in MA, NY and FL. I have experience working with autistic adults from the transition years through adulthood.
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?
I have worked in numerous settings that help autistic individuals prepare for school, work, independence, and adulthood. I am neurodiversity affirming, I take a strengths-based approach, I respect my clients' autonomy, and I am person-centered.
How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?
I feel comfortable with people who think differently and love to help them find and build on their strengths, in order to unmask and live more authentic lives. I enjoy building authentic relationships based on trust and a strengths-based lens.
