Intro
I am a clinical psychologist who is licensed in Massachusetts and New York. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from William James College in Newton, MA, and I received my bachelor's degree in neuroscience from Union College in Schenectady, NY. I have worked and trained in a variety of settings, including hospitals, inpatient units, residential settings, schools, and outpatient clinics. My main area of expertise is neuropsychological testing and I have ample experience working with individuals with autism, ADHD, and anxiety.
I have always enjoyed working with neurodivergent clients and I often marvel at their resilience and problem-solving abilities. I find the work very rewarding and I have learned so many things from my clients over the years!
I understand that, unfortunately, many neurodivergent individuals have been ignored, dismissed, or disrespected by our health care system. I am always open-minded when working with clients and want to truly understand (as much as I can, anyways) their life experiences. I utilize a strength-based approach in all of my assessments, as I believe that individuals are most successful when their strengths are well-developed, rather than their weaknesses remediated.
