Intro

My name is Lindsay Campbell. I’m a licensed psychologist based in California, and my work is grounded in a deep commitment to helping individuals better understand themselves and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence. I’m passionate about providing a thoughtful, supportive space where you can feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. Whether you're facing internal struggles, relationship challenges, or navigating transitions, I believe healing begins with connection. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and move toward the life you envision, with compassion, curiosity, and care

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My passion for working with  neurodivergent individuals comes from a deep belief that every mind deserves to be understood on its own terms, not just accommodated, but genuinely valued. I’ve seen how often neurodivergent voices are overlooked or misinterpreted, and I chose this path to help change that. I’m continually inspired by the insight, creativity, and resilience within the neurodivergent community. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized support that embraces each person’s strengths while helping navigate the challenges that can come with a world not always built for neurodivergent ways of thinking. This work is not just about diagnosis or treatment, it’s about honoring identity, building trust, and creating space for people to be fully themselves.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I take a strengths-based, affirming approach that centers each individual’s lived experience and inherent capacity for growth. Rather than focusing solely on what’s difficult, I work collaboratively to uncover and amplify what’s already working such as your insight, adaptability, creativity, and resilience. I believe that real change happens when people feel safe, respected, and deeply understood, so I strive to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself. My work is rooted in compassion, and I tailor my approach to reflect your values, needs, and goals. I’m here to support your process, not to fix, but to empower.
