I particularly enjoy working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals. I have found immense joy in my role as a therapist for the neurodivergent community, grateful for the ability to witness resilience and personal growth. In personal realms, I embrace ADHD and Autism through my relationships. I cherish my friends and family with ADHD and Autism, embracing the richness they bring to my life through their strengths and perspectives.

My approach is rooted in empathy and tailored to each person’s needs. I am eager to get to know my clients to understand their values, cultural experiences, who they are, and their strengths. I feel it is so important to affirm a neurodivergent experience within a world designed for neurotypical folks. I work with my clients to learn the depths of their strengths and abilities to truly empower them.

I take on an eclectic approach- this means I use several treatment models to find the best fit for individuals! Just like how we are all so different, I believe there is not one model that fits all. I have years of experience working with the treatment models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. As I begin to understand someone’s unique needs, I will use the model(s) that will complement their goals.

Outside of counseling, I find fulfillment exploring Florida beaches, supporting live musicians, group exercise classes, and hanging out with my rescue poodle Archie.
