Intro

Hi, I’m Christian Rizea. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in Florida and California, and I recently moved to Delray Beach. At Prosper Health, I specialize in conducting psychological assessments to help clients gain clarity, direction, and access to the care they need. In addition to assessment work, I also help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and client-centered, focused on helping you feel understood and supported at every stage of your journey.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

What drew me to this work, and especially to working with neurodivergent adults, was a deep curiosity and respect for how people uniquely experience the world. In undergraduate, I conducted research on how autistic individuals interpret emotional facial expressions, which helped me appreciate just how different, and valid, our internal processing can be. That early work evolved into a clinical passion for helping people feel seen, not pathologized. I’m here to support you in building a life that actually fits who you are.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

When conducting assessments, I focus on making the process feel clear, collaborative, and respectful of your lived experience. Whether you’re seeking clarity around a diagnosis, exploring neurodivergence, or trying to better understand how your mind works, my goal is to help you feel informed. I take a strengths-based approach, combining clinical precision with curiosity and empathy. You'll walk away with more than just a report, you’ll have a deeper understanding of yourself and a path forward that feels aligned with your needs.
