I am a school and clinical psychologist licensed in New York. I enjoy using my training in psychological testing as well as my CBT training to help clients identify and learn how to cope with neurodivergence as well as to identify their strengths!
I identify as neurodivergent but did not know what that meant until recently. When working in schools, I always enjoyed working with children on the spectrum and helping other adults in their lives learn how to best help them. I am thankful that Prosper is allowing me space to help autistic adults.
I believe that all people have worth and value. It is important to me that everyone's voice is heard in a respectful way, especially those whose voices often go unheard. Sometimes having a diagnosis can be seen as something negative, but I see it as a chance to identify new and different ways to live.
