About

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping adults and young adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical tools. I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, chronic health conditions, and identity exploration—including those within LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you feel seen and supported, while also offering evidence-based strategies that bring real change. .

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I chose to specialize in working with autistic and neurodivergent clients because, as a neurodiverse person myself, I know what it feels like to experience the world differently. I’ve seen both the strengths and challenges that come with a brain that doesn’t fit into society’s narrow expectations, and I understand how isolating it can feel to be misunderstood or pressured to mask. This work is deeply personal to me. I want to create spaces where neurodivergent people don’t just feel accepted, but celebrated — where they can be authentic without fear of judgment. I’m continually inspired by the creativity, insight, and resilience I see in my clients, and it feels like a privilege to walk alongside them as they navigate a world not always built with their needs in mind.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I bring a strength-based and affirming approach to my work by meeting each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique way of being in the world. Rather than focusing on what’s “challenging” or what needs to be “fixed,” I support clients in recognizing and building upon their natural strengths, talents, and values. My role is to help them uncover the resources they already carry within themselves, while also offering tools that can make life feel more manageable and authentic.Because I am neurodiverse myself, I approach this work with lived empathy and understanding. I know how meaningful it is to be seen for your abilities rather than defined by your struggles. That’s why I create spaces that affirm identity, celebrate difference, and invite clients to envision possibilities for themselves that may not have felt accessible before. Ultimately, my commitment is to walk alongside clients as they realize their full potential in a way that feels genuine and empowering.
