About
Hey there! Thank you for being here. I’m Max, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based near Lake Erie, Ohio. I’m passionate about supporting adults—from early adulthood onward—through identity work, neurodivergence, spiritual searching, and healing from trauma. I create a calm, direct yet compassionate space where you’re heard and respected, then partner with you to build practical skills and creative practices that help you feel steadier and more alive. My approach is adapted to each person and draws on mindfulness-based CBT, meditation practices, solution-focused work, EFT, trauma-informed somatic therapy, and expressive methods. I don’t have all the answers, but together we’ll find what helps you live more authentically and with curiosity.
I came to this work because everyone deserves to be seen and supported for who they are. I have felt a calling for guiding those with experiences than can be overlooked in society- Sexual health, Suicide Prevention and Empowering neurodivergence. I believe people need someone who sees their whole life story—body, mind, and spirit—and holds them without judgment while they relearn how to live with more meaning. I’ve witnessed how small relational shifts and somatic awareness can interrupt cycles of shame and disconnection, and I’m committed to helping people reclaim agency, pleasure, and steadiness in everyday life.
I center strengths by starting with what’s working: resilience, values, skills, and creative resources clients already carry. Diagnosis may name a pattern, but we use it only as needed. Sessions emphasize practical tools, honest conversations, and creative embodiment practices that amplify existing capacities, reduce symptoms through skillful action, and create new options for living authentically.
