Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My passion for working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals comes from a deep belief that every person deserves to be understood, valued, and supported in a way that honors their unique strengths and needs. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand the incredible growth that can occur when individuals receive compassionate, individualized support. What continues to inspire me is the resilience, creativity, and unique perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring to the world. It is an honor to partner with clients on their journey and help create environments where they can thrive as their authentic selves.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual has unique strengths, abilities, and perspectives that deserve to be recognized and celebrated. Rather than focusing solely on challenges or deficits, I work collaboratively with clients and families to identify existing strengths and build upon them in meaningful ways. I strive to create a supportive, affirming environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to be themselves. I recognize that neurodiversity is a natural part of human diversity, and I am committed to helping individuals develop skills that support their goals while honoring their identity, preferences, and autonomy.
