I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a provider, I believe in creating, safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. My goals is to partner with you, helping your find resillience and uncover strengths as we work together through life's challenges. Every person's journey is unique, and i'm committed to offering care tailored your specific needs.
My motivation to specialize in working with autistic adults stems from a deep respect and appreciation of neurodiversity. I also enjoy helping to build awareness, understanding and appreciation of the strengths of neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals and fostering connection.
I prioritize an affirming and strengths-based approach. I believe each client possesses unique strengths and gifts. I believe very person contributes uniquely to the social fabric and through partnership can build community and experience deep connection.
