About
Hello and welcome! My name is Juan Glenn, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Colorado, and Florida. For over 15 years, I’ve helped clients manage stress, strengthen relationships, and build lives that feel more balanced and connected. I’ve worked in schools, inpatient and outpatient programs, and private practice—experiences that deepened my appreciation for the many ways people heal and grow. I believe therapy should be a genuine partnership: compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward the changes you want to make.
I became a therapist out of a lifelong curiosity about how people understand themselves and find strength in their individuality. Over the years, I’ve worked with many clients who’ve felt out of sync, unseen, or pressured to fit in—whether because of neurodivergence, identity, or life circumstances. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients in creating lives that feel authentic, calm, and self-directed. For me, therapy is about turning insight into self-acceptance and meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. Instead of focusing on what’s “wrong,” we highlight what’s already working—your creativity, humor, determination, or depth of thought—and build on those strengths. I blend psychodynamic insight with evidence-based tools to help you feel more at home in yourself and your relationships.Fluent in English and Spanish, I offer a culturally sensitive and affirming space where every part of you is welcome.
