Hi and welcome! My name is YD Goldstein, a New Jersey–licensed clinical psychologist passionate about helping adolescents and adults live more fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals. I value inclusion and compassion and strive to create a safe, supportive environment for my clients. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
My passion for working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals grew out of years of hands-on experience supporting people with disabilities and their families, beginning well before my formal clinical training. Those early experiences taught me the importance of patience, respect, and truly meeting people where they are. Today, this foundation continues to shape my work with children, adolescents, and adults, and it is a privilege to offer care that is thoughtful, strengths-based, and responsive to each person’s unique needs.
I try to understand each person as they are, focusing on what already works for them and what matters most in their life. Rather than leading with problems, I start with strengths and build from there. By meeting people where they are and offering steady, respectful support, my goal is to help clients feel more confident in themselves and supported as they grow in ways that feel meaningful to them.
