Will Osei

Hello, I’m Dr. Will Osei, a licensed psychologist based in Pennsylvania. I’m licensed in Pennsylvania and New York and authorized to provide telepsychology in participating PSYPACT states. I believe people do their best work when they feel understood, respected, and able to be honest about their experiences. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I take time to understand each person’s story, relationships, environment, and goals so that our work feels personal and meaningful rather than clinical or impersonal.

I bring an affirming and strengths based approach by creating space for people to feel seen, heard, and understood. I pay attention not only to the difficulties someone is experiencing, but also to the strengths, values, relationships, and life experiences that have shaped them. I believe people often understand themselves more clearly when they feel safe enough to be open and curious. My goal is to build a genuine connection, offer thoughtful feedback, and help each person leave the process with greater clarity, confidence, and self understanding.
