Hi, my name is Dr. Vanessa Alarcon, and I am so glad you are here! I am a licensed psychologist and licensed mental health counselor based in South Florida. Through PSYPACT authorization, I can provide telehealth services to individuals across many participating states. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a clinician, I believe healing and growth begin when people feel understood and have space to explore their experiences with warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity. My goal is to foster a safe and trusting environment where you feel truly heard, understood, and free to be yourself. My Hispanic background is central to my identity and shapes my appreciation for culture, connection, and each person’s unique journey. I am committed to offering care that is as individual as you are.
My goal is to create a space where individuals feel understood, accepted, and supported in living authentically while honoring autism and other neurodivergent identities as integral parts of who they are.
I focus on understanding each individual’s unique way of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world, while fostering a safe environment for authentic self-expression and building on their strengths to navigate challenges, pursue meaningful goals, and support growth.
