About
Do you ever struggle to feel heard, understood, or like it's difficult to find a space that's you feel fully comfortable being yourself in? I strive to create a sense of safety and belonging with my clients in session, and would like to help you find that comfort in spaces outside of sessions as well. I am an LGBTQ+ AuDHD clinician who lives and is licensed in Tennessee. As a therapist, I partner with my clients to help them find their strengths, gain self acceptance, and learn self compassion in all areas of life. I offer a non-judgmental and affirming space for my clients, where you will receive compassion, understanding, and room to be who you are. All clients have a unique journey - because we're all unique humans - and I am committed to offering collaborative care that is as unique as you are.
As I've grown as a therapist and in my own personal journey with learning about myself, I have gained a passion for wanting to help others who are neurodivergent as well. I believe all should have a safe space where they can feel empowered, encouraged, and valued as they walk the journey of self discovery. Together, we can collaborate as we go through this journey to help you thrive and feel heard and seen.
I prioritize affirming spaces for all, especially as a neurodivergent LGBTQ+ clinician. I believe all people have the right to be heard, seen, and validated in their own experiences. I also feel that each client has their own unique strengths and abilities, and that we can utilize those in treatment to navigate life's transitions and daily challenges. I'm an active listener, who validates my clients and offers supportive reflection, in a safe and compassionate way.
