Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My dedication to supporting neurodivergent individuals comes from a deep respect for the unique ways our brains experience and process the world. I recognize that traditional therapeutic approaches aren’t one-size-fits-all, and navigating a world that isn't always built for neurodiversity can feel incredibly overwhelming.I wanted to create a safe, truly supportive space where you don't have to mask or conform, but where your unique strengths are celebrated. By integrating tailored, holistic strategies that honor your individual processing style, my goal is to collaborate with you to overcome challenges, embrace your authentic self, and build a fulfilling life on your own terms.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

In my practice, this looks like totally dropping the idea that there is something about you that needs to be "fixed." Instead of focusing on what's hard, we team up to figure out what you are already naturally great at and use those strengths as our toolkit. I want our sessions to be a place where you can completely let your guard down—no pretending, no masking, and no pressure to fit into a world that wasn't built for your brain. We won't try to force you into standard routines that don't work for you; instead, we’ll change the game by tailoring your environment and daily habits to fit your unique style and energy. It’s all about gently letting go of old, negative self-criticism, celebrating the way your mind works, and helping you thrive exactly as you are.
