About

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Tracy, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience supporting adolescents and adults. I am licensed in multiple states, including New York, New Jersey, and Florida, and provide care through a fully virtual setting.I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions while building a deeper understanding of themselves. As a clinician, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and supported. My goal is to partner with you in a collaborative way—helping you build resilience, recognize your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I understand that every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to meeting you where you are with care that is personalized to your needs.

Education & Licensure
Master of Social Work (MSW) from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, New Jersey; Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Kean University, Union, New Jersey
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My desire to work with neurodivergent individuals comes from a deep respect for the different ways people think, process, and experience the world. Throughout my work as a therapist, I’ve seen how often neurodivergent individuals have been misunderstood, overlooked, or expected to fit into systems that weren’t designed with them in mind.I’m passionate about creating a space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself to be understood. I value authenticity and aim to support you in a way that honors your unique strengths, communication style, and lived experience. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to navigate challenges, build practical coping strategies, and help you feel more confident and empowered in your daily life—without losing what makes you, you.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I take an affirming, strengths-based approach by focusing on who you are as a whole person—not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. I believe that you already have strengths, insights, and resilience within you, and my role is to help you recognize and build on those in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.I strive to create a space where you feel safe to show up as yourself, without pressure to mask or fit into expectations that don’t align with who you are. Through active listening, validation, and collaboration, I work with you to develop practical strategies that support your goals while honoring your unique needs and experiences.Rather than trying to “fix” anything, I focus on helping you better understand yourself, build confidence in your abilities, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
