About
I am a compassionate, mental health provider driven by a deep belief in the power of safety, connection, authenticity, and understanding to foster healing and change. My work is rooted in honoring lived experience and supporting individuals as they make sense of how their relationships, environments, and histories have shaped who they are. I am particularly passionate about trauma-informed and attachment-based care, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process where clients are seen not as problems to be fixed, but as whole people with strengths, insight, and resilience. At the heart of my work is a commitment to ethical, reflective practice and to supporting both individual healing and broader social change through empathy, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
I chose this path because I believe mental health care should feel safe, affirming, and genuinely responsive to the ways people experience the world differently. Working with neurodivergent individuals has shown me how often distress comes not from who someone is, but from living in environments that misunderstand, invalidate, or overwhelm them. I am deeply motivated to create therapeutic spaces where clients are not asked to mask or adapt to fit expectations, but are supported in understanding themselves, strengthening regulation, and building lives that honor their needs and strengths. My commitment to this work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for lived experience. I am driven by the belief that healing happens when people feel seen and understood on their own terms, and when therapy moves at a pace that prioritizes safety, autonomy, and trust. Supporting individuals in navigating relationships, self-advocacy, and emotional well-being feels meaningful to me because it allows therapy to be both deeply personal and quietly transformative.
My approach as a therapist is grounded in recognizing and building upon each individual’s unique strengths, capacities, and ways of engaging with the world. Rather than centering therapy on what is “wrong” or needs to be fixed, I focus on understanding how each person’s neurodivergence has shaped their experiences, resilience, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Together, we identify what is already working, honor the strategies clients have developed to navigate their lives, and build upon these foundations to support growth, regulation, and self-confidence. I am deeply committed to practicing with compassion and affirmation, creating a therapeutic space where clients feel respected, understood, and valued for who they are. Therapy is a collaborative process in which clients are supported in reconnecting with their strengths, clarifying their goals, and expanding their sense of possibility—at their own pace and on their own terms. My work is guided by the belief that when individuals are met with empathy and affirmation, they are better able to access their potential, advocate for their needs, and build lives that align with their values and strengths.
