About
Hi, my name is Tiffany, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Utah and licensed in both Utah and Florida. I provide supportive, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for individuals navigating overwhelm, anxiety, depression, burnout, and the emotional exhaustion that can come from feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or unsupported in daily life.Whether you have a formal diagnosis, suspect you may be autistic, or are simply beginning to explore your neurodivergence, you deserve support that feels compassionate, collaborative, and genuinely tailored to how your brain works.
My goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or constantly reactive toward feeling more grounded, capable, understood, and intentional in how you navigate daily life. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to show up as yourself without judgment, pressure to mask, or the expectation to fit into approaches that were never designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind.
My motivation for working with autistic and neurodivergent adults stems from both personal experience and a deep understanding of the realities many individuals quietly navigate every day. I understand what it can feel like to spend years searching for answers, effective tools, meaningful support, and reassurance during moments that feel isolating, confusing, or discouraging.
Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or misunderstood. You may feel like no matter how hard you try, life seems harder than it should be. Managing emotions, staying organized, following through on tasks, keeping track of time, navigating relationships, or simply getting through the day can feel incredibly draining.I also recognize that many neurodivergent individuals have spent years masking, overcompensating, or feeling pressured to fit into expectations that were never designed with them in mind. Over time, this can lead to burnout, self-doubt, anxiety, and a deep sense of disconnection from themselves.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to work with their brain rather than constantly feeling like they are fighting against it.
I bring an affirming and strength-based approach to my work, recognizing that every neurodivergent individual has unique strengths, ways of thinking, and ways of experiencing the world. Rather than viewing Autism or neurodivergence through a deficit-based lens, I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build on their existing strengths, and develop supports that align with their needs, values, and natural ways of functioning.
