About
Hey y’all! I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker, and I’m really glad you’re here. I work with neurodivergent adults who may be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, burnout, self-criticism, or simply trying to better understand themselves and how their brain works.
I know therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, especially if you’ve spent years feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or like you have to explain yourself to everyone around you. I want our sessions to feel different. You don’t have to have the perfect words, know exactly what you need, or show up having everything figured out. We’ll work through that together.
As a therapist, I bring a lot of curiosity, compassion, humor, and realness into the room. I want to get to know YOU; not just your symptoms or diagnosis. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in who you are, and find ways of navigating life that actually work for you.
I enjoy working with neurodivergent adults because so many people have spent years feeling like they are somehow doing life “wrong.” Maybe you’ve been told you’re too sensitive, too emotional, too much, lazy, difficult, or that you just need to try harder. After hearing those things long enough, it can become really easy to believe them yourself.
I want to help change that conversation. Instead of constantly focusing on what you struggle with, I want us to get curious about WHY certain things are difficult, what you need, what you’re already doing well, and what actually works for your brain. I genuinely enjoy helping people have those “wait…that actually makes sense now” moments where they can start looking at themselves with more understanding and a lot less judgment.
As a neurodivergent, queer, BIPOC therapist, I also understand that there can be a lot more to your story than one diagnosis or identity. I try to create a space where you can bring all of yourself into therapy without feeling like you have to mask, shrink yourself, or explain every part of who you are.
I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. That means I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you who you should be. We’ll spend time figuring out what works for YOU, while also recognizing the strengths, skills, and resilience you already bring with you.
Depending on what you need, I may incorporate a variety of trauma informed approaches, body based work, nervous-system regulation, or sometimes simply slowing things down enough for us to figure out what’s happening underneath it all. I’ll support you, teach you, laugh with you, gently challenge you when needed, and most importantly, meet you where you are.
