Hello, my name is Theresia, but you can call me Tee. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida, and I’m passionate about helping people work through life’s challenges in a way that feels real, supportive, and meaningful. My work is driven by a deep understanding of what it feels like to deal with anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional pain, and a desire to help others feel less alone in those moments.I created my approach to be both guided and supportive, so you don’t feel like you’re doing this by yourself. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being honest, understood without judgment, and supported as you figure things out at your own pace. My goal is to help you move from just getting through each day to actually feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
I was drawn to working with neurodivergent clients because I started to see how often they were misunderstood, especially in traditional therapy spaces. Many of my clients were dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown, but the approach they were given didn’t always fit how they process or communicate.I wanted to create a space that actually works for them. A space where they don’t have to mask, force eye contact, or communicate in ways that feel uncomfortable. I focus on meeting clients where they are, whether that’s using structured guidance, chat-based work, or breaking things down in a way that feels manageable.What drives me is helping clients feel understood, not “fixed.” Once that happens, everything else starts to shift.
My approach is about helping you see the strengths you already have, even if you don’t see them yet. Because they’re there. You’ve been getting through a lot, and that didn’t happen by accident. So instead of only focusing on what’s going wrong, we’re also going to look at what’s been keeping you going and build from that.I’m not here to try to change who you are or make you fit into some box. I’m here to meet you where you are, understand you, and support you in a way that actually feels right for you. We’ll take it step by step, figure things out together, and work toward a version of your life that feels more aligned, more balanced, and more like you.
