Hello, I'm so glad you visited my profile! My name is Theresa Bennett and I am licensed in Nevada, California, and Colorado. I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what matters most to you, and feel empowered to move toward the life you envision.
My interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent clients grew from my past experience supporting neurodivergent young adults. I saw how meaningful it can be to have a supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and valued for who you are.
I believe neurodivergent individuals deserve care that honors their unique perspectives and potential. Using a strength-based approach, I provide an affirming, compassionate space where clients can build confidence, develop meaningful skills, and feel empowered to define success for themselves. It is a privilege to walk alongside them on this journey.
