About
Greetings! My name is Terralyn N. Renfro. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California with a Forensic Specialty. I have a wealth of experience providing individual psychotherapy and conducting psychological evaluations with people in jail/prison as well as those in the community who may qualify for disability benefits. I have also tutored K-12 students and taught university level Social Science courses. My mission has been to provide culturally competent care and advocacy for my clients in the community as well as those who are criminal-justice involved.
Having raised my now young adult neurodivergent nephew since infancy, my new goal is to formally expand my knowledge and training about Autism. I look forward to assisting clients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and develop skills that enhance their daily lives and relationships as I continue to do on this life journey with my nephew as well.
It is important to me that each client feels heard and valued. Therefore, I actively listen to their experiences, and do my best to create a safe space for authentic expression.
