About
I am a licensed mental health clinician based in New Hampshire, and my work is rooted in a genuine commitment to understanding people and supporting them through meaningful change. What drives me most as a provider is the opportunity to sit with individuals, in moments of vulnerability and help them move toward emotional clarity, connection, and well‑being. My background includes working across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults navigating complex relational or life transitions. I am licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and I bring a steady, compassionate presence to my work, grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel heard, supported, and understood. My clinical approach blends curiosity, attuned listening, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience, allowing me to help clients build healthier patterns, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My decision to become a mental health clinician is rooted in a deep commitment to understanding people and supporting them in ways that honor their lived experiences. As a parent of two neurodivergent children, I have seen firsthand how essential it is for autistic and neurodivergent individuals to be met with attuned listening, sensory‑aware support, and environments that respect their communication styles. My passion for specializing in this work grew from witnessing how often neurodivergent strengths and needs were misunderstood or minimized. I wanted to be a clinician who truly sees people, adapts thoughtfully, and creates space for authentic self‑expression. Supporting autistic and neurodivergent clients is meaningful to me because it centers dignity, understanding, and the belief that every person deserves to be recognized in their full humanity.
In my work, I focus on helping clients recognize and build upon the strengths they already possess, rather than centering our time on what feels difficult. My approach is rooted in compassion and affirmation, creating space for clients to move toward self‑understanding, confidence, and growth at a pace that feels safe and empowering. I support individuals, couples, and families in identifying the abilities, insights, and resilience they bring to their lives, and together we expand those strengths into meaningful change. Whether we are exploring neurodivergent communication, navigating relationships, or building emotional regulation skills, my goal is to help clients recognize their full potential and feel supported as they step into it with clarity and self‑trust.
