About
Greetings! I am a PSYPACT licensed psychologist who is deeply committed to serving neurodivergent populations. I believe that each individual carries tremendous strength and capabilities; no matter what a person has gone through or is currently facing. Each of our stories is a testament to the resilience and fortitude that defines the human condition.
As a clinician, I believe in creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and feel genuinely understood. I take a straightforward, collaborative approach—working alongside you to identify your strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools to handle life’s challenges. My goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of direction.
I am continually inspired by the unique strengths, perspectives, and resilience within the autistic community, and I strive to provide support that respects and honors each individual’s experiences and needs. My experiences working in numerous school districts with students who are neurodivergent have formed a substantial part of my professional identity. I have worked to support these students so that our educational institutions can recognize their strengths and tailor strategies to effectively support them. I have carried over these experiences to numerous other settings including community practices, residential treatment centers and outpatient clinics.
My goal is to help clients face challenges head-on, recognize their strengths, and develop practical skills that lead to greater confidence and stability in everyday life and relationships. I believe in working together to build a strong foundation for lasting growth, so you can move forward feeling understood, capable, and prepared to thrive.
I take a strengths-based approach that focuses on the individual holistically; mind-body-spirit and environment. I believe every client has unique abilities, strengths, and potential that can be developed to overcome obstacles and work toward meaningful goals. By listening closely and taking their experiences seriously, I aim to create a supportive environment where clients can speak openly, be themselves, and feel respected throughout the process.
