Nice to see you! I am Stephen, a therapist licensed in both New Jersey and New York. I've worked in a number of different settings throughout my social worker career: Hospitals / In-patient behavioral health wards / Jails / and non-profits. My goal is to help you develop insight, learn to recognize your pattern recognition and limit our automatic responses.

Therapy is thoughtful, intense and dynamic setting for self-growth and exploration.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I like to employ a number of different self-awareness assessments, like the Meyers-Briggs and Enneagram, to help with greater insight. I inquire what techniques worked with clients in the past and continue prioritize them.
