About
I desired to make a career in therapy to support individuals in making sense of their experiences and navigating the challenges that are an inevitable part of life. I am passionate about helping people create meaningful changes that reduce isolation and strengthen their ability to manage pain, stress, and trauma. I believe therapy can benefit everyone and that all individuals deserve access to a space where they feel heard, understood, and safe. My primary objectives are to meet clients where they are in their healing journey and to approach treatment holistically, recognizing the complexity of the whole person.
My passion for creating an environment where each person feels respected and empowered and my profound regard for neurodiversity are the driving forces behind my work with adults with autism. I strive to provide support that honors each person's unique experiences because I am inspired by the strengths, perspectives, and perseverance of the autistic community. My objective is to help clients overcome obstacles, develop their strengths, and gain skills that improve their daily lives and interpersonal connections. Together, we can work together in your healing journey to give your life your a sense of understanding, support, and potential for success.
The warm and encouraging sessions focus on trust, safety, and long-term recovery. It's critical that you feel powerful and have values. Every client has distinct talents and skills that can be utilized to accomplish objectives and get over obstacles in life. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and try to develop a treatment plan during the session. After that, we will focus on processing and controlling your healing objectives.
