About

Hello! I am Stephanie Kripa. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where people can get encouragement and support as they navigate through the challenges of life. I know something about failure, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, poor self-esteem, and relationships. I also know something about what it takes to be with what hurts in a way that leads to an unwinding of stuck, repeating, and critical patterns in our lives. I get it, I’ve been there! Maybe you just need someone to talk to who will listen without judgment, shame or blame. What if you could be Unstuck, heard, successful and at peace?

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

Neurodiversity is constantly evolving and changing. I would like to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing them with the tools needed not just to survive, but to thrive. I believe each and everyone of us are unique and should be treated as the unique individuals we are. My goals are to help navigate the many challenges we face daily in our personal, social and/or work-life. I would like to provide a voice to those who feel unheard or misunderstood. I will walk beside you.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I have experience working with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, burn out, aging and women's health concerns. I utilize a Person-Centered Approach... I will meet you where you’re at. I believe in focusing on our strengths and creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I believe that all goals are achievable and I will walk with you to the finish line.
