About
I take a humanistic, whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. I integrate a variety of interdisciplinary methods to tailor treatment to your specific needs, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both psychotherapy and psychological assessment. I also specialize in substance use treatment, offering individual therapy for those navigating drug and alcohol-related concerns. I have experience working with neurodiversity with adults and children. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we focus on what matters most to you. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and empowered. I walk alongside you in this journey to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I use an affirming, strengths-based approach to help clients feel seen, valued, and empowered. I view each person as bringing their own inherent strengths and capacities, which we can build upon to navigate challenges and move toward meaningful goals. By listening with care and validating each client’s lived experience, I aim to foster a safe, supportive environment where they can show up authentically and engage fully in the therapeutic process.
