About

With advanced clinical training and a deeply compassionate approach, I am an experienced therapist that specializes in helping neurodivergent individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and self-understanding. By combining evidence-based therapeutic techniques with genuine warmth and authenticity, I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued.I work with adults of all ages experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, emotional dysregulation, and the lingering effects of past trauma. Drawing from modalities such as trauma-informed care, CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, somatic techniques, and strengths-based approaches, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, communication style, and lived experience.Known for building strong therapeutic relationships, I take pride in balancing clinical expertise with an approachable and down-to-earth presence. Clients often describe sessions as both insightful and comforting—a place where they can unpack difficult experiences without judgment while developing practical tools for everyday life.Whether you are coping with sensory overwhelm, relationship difficulties, executive functioning challenges, identity exploration, or unresolved trauma, I am committed to helping you build resilience, deepen self-compassion, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

As a therapist I am drawn to specializing in work with neurodivergent adults because I recognize the unique strengths, challenges, and lived experiences that often go misunderstood in traditional mental health settings. Adults with autism and ADHD frequently navigate chronic stress, masking, burnout, sensory overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and the emotional impact of years of feeling “different” or unsupported. I enjoy working with this population because it allows me the opportunity to provide a validating and affirming space where clients no longer feel pressured to fit into neurotypical expectations. This work is deeply meaningful because it focuses not on “fixing” individuals, but on helping them better understand themselves, process past experiences, build sustainable coping strategies, and embrace their authentic identities with greater confidence and self-compassion.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach to therapy is grounded in recognizing and building upon each individual’s unique strengths rather than defining them by their challenges. I believe every person possesses inherent resilience, insight, and capabilities that can serve as powerful foundations for growth and healing. Through a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and valued for who they are—not who they are expected to be. By focusing on strengths, self-awareness, and authenticity, I support clients in developing confidence, navigating life’s stressors in sustainable ways, and realizing their full potential on their own terms.
