About
Hi everyone! My name is Stef, and I’m from the great state of Pennsylvania, where I’m also licensed as an LPC. I really enjoy working with folks who experience anxiety and stress, especially during life transitions. I also have experience supporting people with OCD and ADHD.Therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable and truly heard, so creating a safe, welcoming space is really important to me. I hope we can work together to explore and use your strengths in ways that feel authentic and meaningful to you. My goal is to support your growth while honoring who you are every step of the way.
My motivation for working with neurodivergent clients comes from a passion for helping people see their differences as strengths. As a neurodivergent person myself, I understand that navigating the world can sometimes feel challenging, and I value being able to offer support from both personal and professional experience.I’m passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and find strategies that allow them to show up authentically. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to thrive in a way that feels right for you.
I bring an affirming and strengths-based approach by focusing on each person’s unique abilities, perspectives, and values. Rather than trying to change who you are, I work collaboratively with you to better understand your strengths and build strategies that support your goals. I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what works best for you. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and confident in your growth.
