I have been working with clients for over 20 years and am committed to helping people to gain greater understanding of themselves as part of growth and overall well being. My hope is that assessment will be a valuable and positive part of your journey, and I look forward to working with you.

Education & Licensure
PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA; Bachelors in Psychology from Christopher Newport University, Newport News, VA
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

During my years of practice, I have often assessed and provided therapy for neurodivergent adults whose symptoms were previously overlooked or whose symptoms were misdiagnosed. I am motivated to create a respectful and safe space for my clients and to provide validation and hope. I enjoy the unique strengths that my neurodiverse clients share, their interests, and their strengths in navigating through daily life.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My to therapy and to assessment is rooted in a client-centered, strengths-based approach. I have unconditional positive regard for my clients and am fully committed to recognizing, affirming, and building upon each individual's strengths.
