About

Hello and Welcome! I have been treating clients for over 15 years as a neurodivergent provider, and  have worked with people from all over the world. I am committed to a culturally humble and affirming perspective, and believe you are the expert on you! I have helped many individuals learn how to thrive in their careers and personal lives and develop an understanding and respect for their challenges as well as their strengths.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic clients stems from both professional and personal life experiences with neurodivergence. I am inspired by the many autistic people I have met who continue to face challenges with resilience and tenacity in a neurotypical world that can be hard to navigate. I am also moved by the many people who are discovering their diagnoses later in life, and coming to terms with what this means for them personally.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I prioritize a pragmatic, strength based approach and work with clients to identify their own strengths and areas for growth in a collaborative way. I have a deep appreciation for "different brains", and strive to help people with acceptance of their uniqueness, while also respecting how their life experience has impacted their comfort with self-expression. I want people to leave a session with me feeling validated, empowered, and fully accepted for their authentic self.
