Welcome! My name is Shirley Panjabi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I want to help individuals ages fifteen and up who would like to gain awareness and insight into the impacts of mental health challenges in their lives.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My goal is to create and foster a safe and welcoming space for neurodivergent clients. I will collaborate with each client to empower them and support them to reach their highest potential.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I work with clients using an integrative approach, allowing me to be flexible with my theoretical orientations in order to really meet my patients where they are at in their respective wellness journey.
